About
Murdania loriformis, a wonderful Tradescantia relative is an unusual but easy to grow houseplant displaying beautiful pale green leaves with darker green and wavy edges. The leaves are held in a star shaped rosette and will occasionally produce tall and thin spikes of three petalled creamy white flowers which will enhance the already striking foliage display.
Plant Care
Light: Bright but indirect.
Water: Keep the soil moist but not waterlogged. Murdania prefers a well draining soil mix that retains moisture. Water when the top inch of the soil is dry but do not let the soil dry out completely. Overwatering will lead to root rot. Feed every two to three weeks during growing season (Spring/Summer).
