What is your in store returns policy?

In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to exchange goods within 14 days if you simply change your mind, subject to the exclusions outlined below. 

What is your online returns policy?

We hope that you love your purchase, but understand that sometimes things just aren't quite right.

In addition to your legal rights, Cornercopia's normal returns policy for online purchases means you have 14 days from receipt of the product to let us know you want to return an item, and a further 14 days to return the product directly to us refund, subject to the exclusions outlined below.

We do not cover postage on returns unless the item is received faulty or broken upon arrival.

Which items can't I return to Cornercopia if I have simply changed my mind?

  • Plants and other perishable products such as food 
  • Any product that has been used, returned without original packaging or is returned in an unsaleable condition, including broken seals.
  • Faulty items must be returned in their original packaging.

Since all of our plants are hand-delivered locally and very quickly, they should arrive in good condition, just as they were when they left the shop. If you do find that a plant is damaged on route please let us know straight away and we we will do our best to find a replacement or a solution.

Refunds on sale items:
We do not offer refunds on sale or reduced items.

Damaged goods:
We work hard to ensure your items receive you in the best possible condition, using tried and tested methods to pack and post things. However, it is inevitable that on the rare occasion, damages will occur despite our best efforts.

If any items arrive in a less-than-perfect condition, please email us immediately at - with details of the damage - including photographs of the items with their original packaging in order for us to be able to refund you.

(If the box you receive is damaged - please take pictures before opening for us to share with the courier).

If the item in question is in stock and you would like a replacement, we will send it out to you free of charge. However, some products sell out quickly, so if we aren't able to replace it, we will issue a refund.

Post Purchase Plant Advise
If you need advice, just get in touch with us by email Please include photographs of the whole plant, close ups of any problem areas and its location so that we can offer the best advise. We are not able to offer advise through text or instagram messages.

For issues beyond our control like over watering, pests and diseases we cannot accept any responsibility beyond 14 days.
