Returns
We hope that you love your purchase, but understand that sometimes things just aren't quite right. Cornercopia's normal returns policy means you have 14 days from receipt of the product to let us know you want to return an item, and a further 14 days to return the product directly to us refund, subject to the exclusions outlined below. We do not cover postage on returns.
Which items can't I return to Cornercopia?
- Plants and other perishable products such as food
- Any product that has been used, returned without original packaging or is returned in an unsaleable condition, including broken seals.
- Faulty items must be returned in their original packaging.
Plants
Since all of our plants are hand-delivered locally and very quickly, they should arrive in good condition, just as they were when they left the shop. If you do find that a plant is damaged on route please let us know straight away and we we will do our best to find a replacement or a solution.
Post Purchase Plant Advise
If you need advice, just get in touch with us by email hello@cornercopiastore.co.uk. Please include photographs of the whole plant, close ups of any problem areas and its location so that we can offer the best advise. We are not able to offer advise through text or instagram messages.
For issues beyond our control like over watering, pests and diseases we cannot accept any responsibility beyond 14 days.
