Collection & Deliveries
We offer 3 ways to receive goods purchased online, depending on what you have purchased:

We are unable to send plants via UK-wide postage services.
UK POSTAL SHIPPING
We charge a flat rate of £6 on most items, for a standard 3-5 day service.
Larger plant pots and fragile items cost £10
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving your them.
Our courier aims to deliver your parcel to you in 2 to 3 days after receiving the parcel.
Please understand that we can't guarantee these delivery times once an item is with the courier.
Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number, which will enable you to keep an eye on its progress.
If, 10 days after receiving the tracking number, you still haven't received your items and the status of your parcel is still undelivered on the tracking site, email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
IN STORE COLLECTION
Our shop is open every day 10.30am to 6pm.
We are located at
63 Streatham Hill, SW2 4TX
Streatham Hill Station is nearest train station.
We will usually have your order ready for collection by the end of the day it is placed.
We ask that you collect plants within four days of receiving the email notification - please check your spam folder. If you can’t collect within one week you should let us know as the plants should not stay packaged for a long period of time. We may have to cancel orders that are not collected within two weeks.
LARGE PLANTS ARE COLLECTION ONLY
These are all the plants listed in our 'Large Individual Plants' collection. We have a trolley available for help. Do make sure that the transport you organise is large enough!
Local Cargo Bike Delivery (normally Wednesday after 11am) - for plants/compost and anything else!
Thanks to the wonderful team at In Streatham we are able to offer plants for local delivery by Cargo Bike.

When Chris delivers your order, he will place items at the door, ring the bell step back. If you’d prefer to have your order left in a safe place, please give us delivery instructions at checkout.
Delivery instructions are given at your own risk. If you give instructions for a parcel to be left with a neighbour or specific place unfortunately Cornercopia can not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Once you have received an email confirming your items have been dispatched, you wont be able to cancel your order. Upon receipt of the item, please follow our standard returns policy instructions.
If you haven't received information confirming your purchases have been dispatched, email us at email@example.com.
STANDARD RETURNS POLICY
In store: We are happy to issue a credit note for items purchased in store that are returned in perfect conditions within 21 days of purchase.
However, we are unable to exchange plants.
Online: We are happy to issue a refund for items purchased online that are returned in perfect condition within 21 days from receipt.
We recommend letting us know in that you are returning items, and provide any relevant information regarding why. Email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We aim to process all refunds within 3 working days after receiving the item.
However during busy times, this might take slightly longer.
We will email a confirmation once the refund has been made. Please bear in mind that your bank requires time to process/refund you which might add an additional 3-4 days, depending on whom you bank with.
If you decide you would like to return your order, postage will be at your own expense unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please include a piece of paper with your order number and name in the box.
Please not we do not refund or exchange plants.
REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS:
We do not offer refunds on sale or reduced items.
We work hard to ensure your items receive you in the best possible condition, using tried and tested methods to pack and post things. However, it is inevitable that on the rare occasion, damages will occur despite our best efforts.
If any items arrive in a less-than-perfect condition, please email us immediately at email@example.com - with details of the damage - including photographs of the items with their original packaging in order for us to be able to refund you.
(If the box you receive is damaged - please take pictures before opening for us to share with the courier).
If the item in question is in stock and you would like a replacement, we will send it out to you free of charge. However, some products sell out quickly, so if we aren't able to replace it, we will issue a refund.
