About
Pilea peperomioides has been a favorite houseplant for a long time and bears many different names -- Missionary plant and Chinese Money plant seem to be the most common ones. It's got distinctive saucer-shaped leaves on thin stalks, and it's very easy to propagate. Just one of those leaves and stems can easily become a whole new plant. As it ages, the plant grows a woody stalk in the middle, and the circular leaves seem to orbit it like many tiny moons.
Care
Light: Half sun, or bright indirect light.
Water: Allow the pilea to dry out on top, and then give it a thorough drench.
Humidity: Likes a moist environment - a bathroom is ideal, otherwise misting often will be just as good.
