Though it doesn't look much like a fern, Asplenium antiquum has the characteristic curled-up fronds that unfurl from its middle in a rosette shape. This tropical fern lives underneath the jungle canopy and catches rain water with its long, solid fronds, and funnels it towards its roots in the center.

Care
- Light: Like all ferns, it prefers shade -- direct sun will make it crisp up.
- Water: Water the center of the plant every week or so, and make sure it's always a little damp.
- Humidity: This plant prefers humidity. Keep it in a kitchen, shower room, or mist it regularly.
