About
A beautiful hanging cactus originally from Mexico. Also known as rat tail cactus due to its long cylindrical stems that can grow up to 2cm in diameter and up to 2m in length. They can be light or dark green, and they’re always covered in thorns. This plant has beautiful dark pink flowers that bloom in spring and that can live for up to 2 weeks, a much longer period than usual - the average cactus flower only lasts for about 24 hours!
Plant Care
Light: Bright, indirect sun light.
Water: Regular watering during summer. Water the plant thoroughly until water drains from the bottom of the pot. Allow the soil to become slightly dry before you water again. Excessive watering can cause damage to the root. From spring through fall, water the plant every two weeks. Mature plants can survive even if they are watered sparingly during winter. Feed monthly, only during spring and summer months.
