Cissus discolor has some of the most beautiful leaves found in the plant kingdom! Its elongated heart-shaped leaves are bright green with silver patches radiating out from the center on top, and mottled purple on the underside. This is a huge, exotic-looking plant which can be easily trained up a wall, due to its vine-like growth. Though it is commonly referred to as the Begonia Vine, it is not related to the Begonia family.
Likes bright indirect light (not baking sun, but not too much shade) because of its origins in Southeast Asia and Oceania.
Water the plant regularly and feed every 3 to 4 weeks in spring and summer. Don’t allow the soil to dry out completely. Misting helps keep the plant healthy. In the winter, water sparingly and don't feed.
